Racehorses to Lease

Leasing is a cheap and effective way of enjoying a share in a racehorse.  More and more people are choosing this method of ownership, as it provides for all the same anticipation and excitement without having to part with £30,000+ for the initial purchase of the horse.

All our leases are based on 2.5%, 5.0% or 10% shares based on a monthly lease fee.  Each lease provides the following as a minimum:
 

Owners Badges when your horse runs;  Access to the yard to visit your horse;  A share of any prizemoney earned;  Access to a dedicated syndicate manager;  A single set fee each month which covers all eventualities;  A written agreement, where with three months notice there is no obligation to continue your lease;

Please remember - if you are leasing a racehorse you will still receive the benefit of prizemoney, but should the horse be sold you will not benefit from any of the proceeds from the sale.
