We also provide a personal service at the racecourse, with a representative being present at 80% of runs by our racehorses, and 100% of runs where a business shareholder requires our presence.


The Horse Manager

The Horse Manager is the secure area of the Ownaracehorse.co.uk website which keeps shareholders in touch with their racehorse online.  Our trainers contribute to the site to keep you up to date with the horse's progress, and the Ownaracehorse team keep you in touch with race plans, declarations and Owners badge allocations.

Once shareholders have chosen a racehorse or purchased a share, they have unlimited access to the Horse Manager for the duration of their ownership - which is accessed by using the 'Login' page.

The Horse Manager handles all their horse related information, activities, communication, winnings and events which happen during the length of their involvement in any horse.  This system keeps them in touch with their horses wellbeing, its declarations to run, race days, current form, trainer information and provides the shareholder with the ability to follow its career as closely as they wish throughout the period of their involvement.  If they wish, you can tell the Horse Manager to email yourself every time something new is posted regarding their horse.

The Ownaracehorse team understand that not everyone is a technical wizard, and may need help to get the most from their Horse Manager. That's why the Horse Manager is also backed up with our Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm helpdesk support.  Email support during the weekends and evenings is also provided - email helpdesk@ownaracehorse.co.uk or use the contact form.

However, please remember that our Horse Manager is only one aspect of our service - shareholders don't lose any of the benefits of racehorse ownership - such as the anticipation of a visit to the races, seeing their horse run at the racecourse, enjoying free or discounted entry to the course, visiting their horse at the trainers yard and sharing in any winnings.
